Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with the product you're receiving. If you are NOT satisfied with you new product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange. Examples of issues we can possibly help with:

  • Mismatch: Wrong size, color, or printing design than actual order. We want you to receive the correct product and in the correct size, in case that's not the case, we'll send to you a product matching your order. 
  • Printing quality: although all printer partners in different locations use the same print machines, and work process, there might be slight differences in printing colors based on the different factors, such as machine type and settings, paper types, humidity in the room, last time machine was washed, and the color setups of your monitor. We strive to deliver the most accurate color, however, color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. 
  • Defective or damaged products: If you product was delivered to you damaged, we'll cover the costs of a new order to replace your item.   
  • Returns: We currently do not accept returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. We can only warranty you'll receive the correct product with high printing quality, correct size, and color material. 
  • Lost orders: For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf. Please first refer to the inserted address at the moment of your purchase (invoice). Wrong addresses and unclaimed packages (through carriers) cannot be refunded. In case the package is returned to the sender, a new shipment of the same package can be arranged, however, you'll still have to pay for the shipping costs.

*European Union 14 day cooling off period*
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
